marlyman123.com is a public creator website operated by Merlin Stemmer in Christchurch, New Zealand. It presents channel information, recent owner uploads, streams, and project links. It does not offer a visitor account, Google sign-in, YouTube upload, or channel-management service.

YouTube services

Public channel information is displayed using YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube content and embedded players is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

The recent uploads page preserves the order returned by the channel's YouTube uploads playlist. This site does not classify uploads as Shorts, clips, highlights, or any other content type, and it does not rank that list using views or duration.

By using any YouTube API-backed feature on this site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Details on how YouTube data and players are handled are in the Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy.

An eligible privacy-enhanced YouTube player loads only after you explicitly choose to play a video. Videos marked Made for Kids, or whose designation is unavailable, remain poster-only here and link to YouTube instead. Availability, playback, ads, recommendations, and external YouTube pages are controlled by YouTube, not this site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the site, its hosting, security controls, or YouTube API requests;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site in a way that breaks applicable law;
• misrepresent the site or its content as your own service; or
• use the site to infringe another person's privacy, copyright, or other rights.

Content, links, and availability

Creator material and site design remain the property of their respective owners. YouTube video and thumbnail rights remain with their applicable owners. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by those services' terms and policies.

Public API data can change or become unavailable. We aim to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every public counter or schedule is current at every moment.

Liability and New Zealand law

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
